Ryan Allen who hosts the Lifestyle Show for Men, and who regularly appears on Times Radio for the Late Night Show as a guest with Kait Borsay for Time For Your Mind bares his life growing up from adversity, bullying to pioneering a social change brand.

The Solo Chat is Ryan's way of sharing a more open and honest insight into his real-life from anxiety, social phobia in the past to an estranged relationship with his mother of 11 years, is quite an open and surprising admission on his own Podcast.

Ryan takes the stance that we all have to lead by example, and this is his way of starting the true conversation, many men might not fully commit to however difficult.  Ryan Allen wants to see suicide rates fall among men, who are the gender most likely to follow through with taking their own life because of stigma.  Ryan plans to change this with his MATC Conference in Kingston upon the Thames and other projects - an ambitious pursuit but one he is passionate about to see change.
